Return to the wonderfully chaotic household of Staten Island’s most unusual roommates in What We Do in the Shadows Season 6, the sixth and final season of the acclaimed supernatural comedy series.
The series follows a group of ancient vampires who share a house on Staten Island while attempting to navigate the strange realities of modern human life. Nandor, Nadja, Laszlo and Colin Robinson are joined by Guillermo, their former familiar and longtime companion, as they continue to deal with supernatural problems, personal ambitions and the everyday challenges of living together.
Season 6 continues the characters’ increasingly bizarre adventures as they search for new directions in their lives. The vampires encounter new jobs, unusual social situations, supernatural threats and unexpected challenges while trying to figure out what they actually want from their existence.
Nandor, Nadja, Laszlo and Colin Robinson each approach the modern world in their own completely unconventional ways, while Guillermo continues to reconsider his relationship with the vampire household and his own identity.
The season combines supernatural comedy, horror, fantasy and character-driven storytelling, using the personalities and relationships of the central characters to create a distinctive mix of absurd humour and vampire mythology.
The sixth season features a variety of unusual situations, including workplace adventures, trips outside Staten Island, supernatural encounters, vampire gatherings and increasingly ridiculous attempts to deal with the problems created by the characters themselves.
As the final season of the series, Season 6 brings the long-running story of the Staten Island vampires and Guillermo toward its conclusion.
This 2-disc DVD collection is a convenient choice for fans who want to revisit the final chapter of What We Do in the Shadows and complete their collection of the supernatural comedy series.
