Experience the complete groundbreaking crime drama The Shield with all 7 seasons collected in this 18-disc DVD box set.
Set in the crime-ridden streets of Los Angeles, The Shield follows Detective Vic Mackey, the leader of an elite anti-gang unit known as the Strike Team. Mackey is an effective but deeply controversial police officer who frequently crosses the line between enforcing the law and breaking it.
Together with Shane Vendrell, Curtis Lemansky and Ronnie Gardocki, Mackey uses unconventional and often illegal methods to fight gangs, drug dealers and organised crime while protecting his team and hiding their own secrets.
Across seven seasons, the Strike Team faces increasingly dangerous criminals, internal investigations, corruption allegations and conflicts within the police department. As their actions begin to catch up with them, loyalty and survival become increasingly difficult to separate.
Created by Shawn Ryan and starring Michael Chiklis, Walton Goggins, CCH Pounder, Catherine Dent, Jay Karnes, Michael Jace, Kenny Johnson and Benito Martinez, The Shield combines intense crime drama, police procedural storytelling, action and complex character development.
This collection includes all 7 seasons and 88 episodes of The Shield across 18 DVDs.
