It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 17 (2-Disc) DVD
The Gang is back at Paddy’s Pub for another season of outrageous schemes, questionable business ideas and completely unpredictable situations in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 17.
The series follows a group of self-absorbed friends who run Paddy’s Pub in Philadelphia. Mac, Dennis, Charlie, Dee and Frank regularly turn ordinary situations into elaborate schemes, arguments and disasters, with their competing personalities creating endless comic chaos.
Season 17 continues the Gang’s latest attempts to improve their lives, make money and gain attention, usually with hilariously disastrous results. Their plans include volunteering at an elementary school, pretending to be medical heroes, experimenting with new business ideas and getting involved with a dog track.
Frank also finds himself at the centre of an unusual storyline when he falls into a coma, while Dee, Mac, Dennis and Charlie deal with their own personal and financial schemes.
The season also explores the Gang’s attempts to appear more respectable and successful. From corporate-style public relations efforts to attempts at reconnecting with old acquaintances, their plans inevitably lead to the kind of absurd situations that have become a signature of the series.
Season 17 consists of eight episodes, originally airing from July 9 through August 20, 2025.
This 2-disc DVD collection brings together the complete seventeenth season, making it a convenient addition to any It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia collection.
