Experience the complete groundbreaking police drama Hill Street Blues with Seasons 1-7 collected in this extensive 34-disc DVD box set.
Set in an unnamed American city, the series follows the officers, detectives and staff of the Hill Street police precinct as they deal with crime, investigations, dangerous streets and the complicated realities of working in law enforcement.
At the centre of the series is Captain Frank Furillo, who must balance the demands of running the precinct with political pressure, difficult cases and the personal challenges facing the officers under his command.
Rather than focusing on a single investigation, Hill Street Blues combines multiple interconnected storylines involving police work, courtroom conflicts, relationships, corruption, bureaucracy and the everyday lives of the men and women of the precinct.
Starring Daniel J. Travanti, Veronica Hamel, Bruce Weitz, Betty Thomas, Joe Spano, James B. Sikking, Charles Haid and Dennis Franz, the series became an influential example of ensemble police drama and serialised television storytelling.
This collection brings together all 7 seasons of Hill Street Blues in one comprehensive 34-disc DVD box set.
